About Us

Our story

Built in Nigeria for Africa’s development and delivery challenges.

Sunshine Ideas commenced operations in 2015 and was incorporated as Sunshine Ideas Investment & Services Ltd in 2019. We are a Nigeria-based consultancy and implementation company serving humanitarian, development, public-sector and mission-driven clients, with a deliberate Pan-African growth strategy.

Our core capability spans research and MEL, agriculture and livelihoods, WASH, vocational and enterprise development, capacity strengthening, SGBV-responsive support, field operations, data systems and technical advisory services. We operate with a lean core and mobilise specialist expertise around the demands of each assignment.

From community-level engagement to donor-facing technical assignments, our operating principle is simple: evidence must be credible, delivery must be practical and recommendations must be usable.
