Who We Are
Built for practical development work.
Sunshine Ideas commenced operations in 2015 and was incorporated as Sunshine Ideas Investment & Services Ltd in 2019. We are a Nigeria-rooted, Pan-African development consulting and implementation company, with our headquarters in Nigeria and field offices in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Sudan, Ethiopia and Rwanda.
Our core capability spans research and MEL, agriculture and livelihoods, WASH, vocational and enterprise development, capacity strengthening, safeguarding and SGBV-responsive support, field operations, data systems and technical advisory services.
Our country representatives and field staff provide local coordination, supported by multidisciplinary research and sector specialists. We build each project team around the methodology, geography and delivery requirements of the assignment.
